STODDART CRANE HIRE TAKES DELIVERY OF A TEREX© AC 100/4L
ZWEIBRÜCKEN, June 15, 2016 – Based in Muir of Ord in the Highlands of Scotland, Stoddart Crane Hire has taken delivery of a Terex© AC 100/4L all terrain crane. It joins an existing crane fleet ranging in size from 5 to 180 tonnes run by this family owned business first established in 2004.
In the 100 tonne capacity class with a maximum boom length of 59.4 metres and system length of 81.7 metres, the AC 100/4L will operate across the north of Scotland on a wide range of duties.
The company’s founder and owner, David Stoddart, comments: “The AC 100/4L is the ideal crane for this part of the world. The roads are narrow and sites are often to difficult to access. A truly compact crane with a width of just 2.55 metres, the AC 100/4L gives us the flexibility and manoeuvrability we need.”
