TWO EXPERTS FROM TEREX CRANES TO PRESENT AT WORLD CRANE

AND TRANSPORT SUMMIT 10 – 11 NovEMBER 2011, NETHERLANDS

Zweibruecken, 26th October 2011 – Experts from the Terex Cranes team will be presenting on safety and business topics at the World Crane and Transport Summit, to be held from 10 – 11 November 2011 at the Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Organized by International Cranes and Transport Magazine (KHL Group), the World Crane and Transport Summit is a networking, business information and social event supported by the world’s leading crane and transport associations, equipment manufacturers and rental companies. Following the huge success of its first edition in 2009, more than 300 senior executives from around the world are expected to attend this year’s event.

Terex Cranes will be represented by two speakers at the event.

Klaus Meissner, Director, Product Integrity and convenor of CEN TC147 Working Group 11, will be speaking on the subject of: “Working at height and an international minimum standard of safety – the debate in Europe.” He will also give a short summary of the current status of EN13000.

Frank Bardonaro, Vice President, Terex Cranes, will recap his experiences in the crane business: “From 30 years of crane rental to manufacturing – how lessons learned can benefit the industry.”
